The Bulls are on the verge of signing Simeon product and Bucks forward Jabari Parker, a source confirmed.
Parker, who has spent his first four National Basketball Association seasons with the Bucks, is now a restricted free agent.

Conte leaves with the best win percentage 65.1 per cent of any of Chelsea's managers in the Premier League era. And former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri is expected to be appointed as Conte's successor over the weekend.
The Bulls are banking on revitalizing Parker's career, restoring him to top condition and fulfilling his promise as the No. 2 overall pick in the 2014 National Basketball Association draft. But, he has struggled with injuries throughout his career.
Parker, 23, has suffered two different ACL tears in his left knee during his career.
The good news for Parker is that the restricted free agent market for a ton of players has been awfully slow, so his patience might be rewarded. It has been reported that team officials have even discussed the possibility of pulling the qualifying offer they presented his agent back in June. The Chicago native averaged 20.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game during the 2016-17 season for the Bucks, though he only played in 51 games. But LaVine returned to Chicago after it matched the deal last week.
