Fortnite releases Season 5 teaser image 'Worlds Collide'


The in-game world of Fortnite is usually pretty active but it's been some time since the mysterious portals or rifts have appeared in the game which has sucked some things out of the map but a new object has made its way to the map recently which has everyone excited for the season 5.

The teaser fueled speculations about new skins and what the future of Fortnite Battle Royale might hold, but numerous questions came from players wondering what the mask even was.

Unveiled on Twitter, the Season 5 image shows a pink cat behind the rift caused by the in-game Fortnite rocket launch late last month. If you've yet to unlock season 4's Omega skin, then, you've only got a few days left to do so.

There's been two in London, as well as one each in Barcelona, Cannes, Cologne, Paris, and Warsaw.

During the same conference call, Schnatter also said other remarks that the marketing agency deemed offensive, Forbes reported. After Forbes magazine reported the gaffe, Schnatter said it was true he had used the "inappropriate and hurtful" word.

Not too long ago, it was discovered that Fortnite landmarks are appearing in the real world, with the wildly popular multiplayer sandbox survival title's Durr Burger showing up in a desert outside of Palmdale, California.

Because each in-game season is themed, fans have been scrambling to put all the puzzle pieces together before the big reveal this Thursday.

While we don't quite know just yet what these real-life items are leading up to, it seems all but certain tied to the events that Epic Games is teasing for the massively-popular battle royale titles next season, and it seems for sure like it will be the game's biggest one yet. Season 5 is just around the corner with the current season coming to a close on July 12th and with it, the community will be getting its answers.
