Rose McGowan today wrote about her close friend Asia Argento, in the wake of her partner, Anthony Bourdain's passing. It is a little stab in the heart, but what I have to remember is it's not my fault.
"She was awesome. So strong and courageous", the proud mom captioned the photo. "You must not sink to that level", she said.
In an open letter published by The Hollywood Reporter, McGowan writes, "Sitting across from me is the remarkable human and courageous survivor, Asia Argento, who has been through more than most could stand, and yet stand she does".
The famed cook, writer and host of the CNN series Parts Unknown killed himself Friday in a luxury hotel in the ancient village of Kaysersberg, Christian de Rocquigny, the prosecutor of Colmar in France's eastern Alsace region, told The Associated Press in a phone interview.
"She was wonderful", Busia-Bourdain, a mixed martial artist and former restaurant general manager, continued. She claims that people who knew Bourdain or were fans have wanted to "lash out and blame" someone for his death but shouldn't blame Argento.
The Nintendo Switch eShop Gets a Small Makeover
Nintendo has not confirmed any of this but the information is really good news for those that have been waiting on a release. Several games plan to offer a battle royale game mode, including the next release of the Call of Duty franchise.
Anthony Bourdain died last Friday in an apparent suicide at the age of 61.
"His brilliant, fearless spirit touched and inspired so many, and his generosity knew no bounds", Argento said. "He was my love, my rock, my protector".
"His talents never ceased to amaze us and we will miss him very much".
"I stand unhesitatingly and unwaveringly with the women", he wrote. "I am beyond devastated". "Our thoughts and prayers are with his daughter and family at this incredibly hard time", CNN said in a statement. One memorial was created outside Brasserie Les Halles in New York City, the restaurant where he worked as executive chef while writing his breakout book, "Kitchen Confidential".

He went to ME with his cameraman Zach Zamboni; ate Korean food in New Jersey and went to South Korea with then-production manager Nari Kye; and Bourdain traveled to Mexico with the late chef Carlos Llaguno Garcia, who at the time worked at Les Halles.
McGowan described Argento as a "pillar of strength" who "who continues to work to put food on her children's table".
