Many Other technology have been released over the Past couple of years to empower so-called "bezel-less" layouts on contemporary phones. However the reality is that for the most part, many of them do not sport full screen displays as there is still some bezels left, but could Lenovo beat everyone to the punch?
Chang Cheng, Lenovo's Vice President, has teased such a phone on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging site), posting a sketch of a phone with zero bezels. A new wave of phones are coming with such aspect ratio, but majority still have bezels or come with a notch on the top. Vivo Apex comes with a pop-selfie camera which pops out when you are clicking pictures with the front camera, this has made Vivo achieve a design for smartphones with ultra-slim bezels. It's worth pointing out, however, that Cheng's Weibo post doesn't really share any details about the Z5, only identifying it as the company's new flagship device.
A Lenovo exec shared this sketch of the Lenovo Z5.
Whether the Z5 is ready for primetime, or is simply an example of tech Lenovo is still working on remains to be seen.
Juventus Clinch Seventh Straight Serie A Title After Roma Draw
Juventus earned a historic seventh consecutive Serie A title on Sunday after a 0-0 draw with 10-man Roma . There are players here who won all seven titles and deserve Saturday's salute in front of their home fans.
Lenovo has also posted a partial image of the phone, claiming it has a whopping 95% screen-to-body ratio.
If Lenovo has figured out how to make an all-screen device without needing to cut out space in the display for front-facing sensors, that'll be a pretty big win for the company.
Even if the chin is gone, the notch has to be there to house the front camera and other sensors.
