The LG G7 ThinQ release date has been confirmed as May 31 for the United Kingdom, meaning there's less than two weeks before you can get your hands on the firm's new flagship smartphone. LG reminded us it is not a copy of the iPhone X and that it only uses LCD.
The LG G7 ThinQ will be going on sale in South Korea tomorrow, i.e. It will be available in three color variants of New Aurora Black, New Moroccan Blue, and Raspberry Red. In other Asian markets, the G7 ThinQ is expected to be available by the end of this month or by early next month. The promotion will run from May 18 to May 31 and is valid on pre-orders made at retailers and carriers such as Best Buy, Walmart, Rogers, Bell, and Telus.
LG G7 ThinQ to hit shelves this week
Now the company has started spreading its smart appliances brand to former flagships as its 2017 flagship is now listed as LG G6 ThinQ in Canada. The listing shows V35 ThinQ will also be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. The secondary 16-megapixel camera is a wide-angle lens with f/1.9 aperture, phase detection autofocus but it lacks optical image stabilization. Also, it will be featuring the same 8-megapixel front-facing camera found on the G7 ThinQ. The handset will receive power from a 3,000mAh battery.
Connectivity options in the smartphone include 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, Global Positioning System and NFC. Sensors onboard include face recognition sensor and a fingerprint scanner.
