Amitabh Bachchan writes poem after being discharged from hospital


"Get well soon" wishes for Amitabh Bachchan flooded social media soon after reports emerged that he was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai on Friday.

His recent admission into Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital created a huge buzz among the masses. He penned a handsome poem describing his visit to the hospital, shortly after his discharge.

Replying to all the well-wishers, Amitabh wrote a lovely poem in Hindi and posted the same on his blog.

Notably, Bachchan underwent an abdominal surgery in Feb'12 at Seven Hills Hospital after which he was admitted for 12 days. He had also been doing a lot of late night shoots and recording sessions.

This comes only hours after Big B shared the first look and teaser of his upcoming flick "102 Not Out" co-starring Rishi Kapoor on Twitter.
