Guice (5'11/216) took his sweet time weighing his options, but as expected, he's chose to throw his hat into the draft ring.

"I promise I'm going to come back and get my degree one day", Guice said in a video message he posted. "I am grateful and excited to start this new journey". Guice eventually broke through, running rampant for 276 yards against the Ole Miss in LSU's 40-24 win.

As a junior in 2017, Guice ran for 1,251 yards and 11 touchdowns. His numbers dropped off slightly in his first and final year as the unquestioned starter, but he still maintained an average yards per carry of 5.3, and he had well over 1,000 yards and 10 touchdowns. "Having he opportunity to play for this storied university was truly an honor".

Over his career, Guice notched 3,074 yards on 471 carries and scored 29 touchdowns on the ground. He was then bottled up for the next stretch, failing to rush for more than 76 yards in each of the next four games.

Turkey anger as U.S. convicts banker Atilla over Iran sanctions case
USA prosecutors charged nine people in the criminal case, though only Zarrab, 34, and Atilla, 47, were arrested by US authorities. In his testimony Zarrab implicated top Turkish politicians, including Erdogan.

That season, Guice also set the single-game school rushing record with 285 yards against Texas A&M.

Though rushing for 250 yards or more is a rare feat in college football, Guice did it three times over his career at LSU.

Guice joins offensive tackle Toby Weathersby, outside linebacker Arden Key and cornerbacks Kevin Toliver and Donte Jackson as LSU's early entrants in this year's draft class.
