Jack Wilshere and Aaron Ramsey in contention for Arsenal's clash with Bournemouth

The long-serving Frenchman speaking ahead of the Premier League match at Bournemouth on Sunday, insisted he will continue at the Emirates until the end of next season - at the very earliest.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger held his weekly press conference at London Colney. But the first scan on Wilshere's ankle was positive and now he has a chance to play this weekend.

Arsenal could still add to that trophy count this season, as the Gunners are level with Chelsea after the first leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final and set to face Swedish side Ostersund in the last 32 of the Europa League in February.

'We have Ramsey back in the squad, ' Wenger said.

"Last season I was on the bench but remember it being a really good game, we were 3-0 down and had to come back", Holding told Arsenal's official website.

German playmaker Ozil has been struggling with a knee injury and missed Wednesday's Carabao Cup draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. I saw him walking normally, and his scan was good.

Otherwise, all our other injured players remain unavailable for selection but Laurent Koscielny, Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac could all be back in contention next weekend. "We will have Ramsey back in the squad", Wenger confirmed.

'We have an uncertainty about Ozil, he will have a test tomorrow, that at the moment is a big 50/50 for Bournemouth'.

Wenger, however, signed a new deal at Arsenal previous year and said he was as committed as ever to seeing out his contract. He had a swollen knee and a recurrence of what he had two or three weeks ago - that's why he wasn't involved on Wednesday'.
