HTC U11 EYEs to be officially launched on January 15 in China

The company has put up a post on Weibo asking fans to "save the date", and tipping asking users to keep their "Eye" open. The U11 EYEs will have HTC's Edge Sense which lets you toggle functions and settings through a squeeze of the sides. But thanks to famous tipster Evan Blass we know it is the HTC U11 EYEs. It is expected to be priced at 3,299 yuan ($510) and will be offered in Black, Silver and Red colours.

Of course, the HTC U11 EYEs shouldn't be as cumbersome as past 6-inchers, surrounding the Super LCD3 panel with relatively thin bezels, and sporting a fingerprint reader mounted on its back to save frontal space. While the company is expected to come out with the U12 flagship in the first half of 2018, it was reported that HTC will kick off the new year by launching a mid-range smartphone that will join its U11 lineup. The processor that powers the phone is Snapdragon 652 octa-core. The upcoming phone has been leaked by the revered Evleaks along with the specifications and the highlights. Other internals suggest 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It will have a USB Type-C port, and a 3930mAh battery under the hood.

HTC will launch the all-new HTC U11 EYEs on January 15 in a confirmation coming directly from the Taiwanese major.

IGP Apologises Over Comments Made On Benue Killing
Unongo recalled that a good number of Benue indigenes sacrificed their lives for the country during the Nigerian civil war. We will not be deterred because I am ready to pay the supreme price for the implementation of the anti-open grazing law.

Rumors have it that HTC could also reveal another, more powerful variant of the U11 EYEs at the event.

The images Blass had leaked reveal a dual-selfie-camera setup and an 18:9 aspect ratio display on the phone, which makes it the company's second to come with the trendy feature.

Reports say the phone could land in Hong Kong, China, and HTC's home country Taiwan first, and then in other markets, including the United States, as HTC Harmony.
