KOEI TECMO America is excited to unveil today that ATTACK ON TITAN 2, the sequel to 2016's titanic action game, Attack on Titan, is now in development for physical release on the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, and Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, Nintendo Switch, and digitally on Windows PC via Steam.

On top of the announcement, we also get to see quite a few new screenshots, including titan-killing action, the creepy titans themselves, interaction with the rich cast of the anime/manga, and story cutscenes.

Fans of the Attack on Titan anime will be happy to know that the video game adaption of the second season, Attack on Titan 2, will be coming to the Nintendo Switch in early 2018 - at least in Japan. Players will once again don the renowned Omni-Directional Manoeuver Gear as they fight and repel the fearsome Titans that threaten humanity, to restore peace within the walls. So, will there be an "Attack on Titan 2" game?
